  Renowned journalist, broadcaster, and relationship coach, Eleonor Effe Amanor, popularly known as Mama Effe, has highlighted the “Four Ds” that individuals should consider when entering into a relationship. She made these remarks during an interaction with students of OTEC as part of their SRC Week celebrations. According to Mama Effe, building a successful relationship requires adherence to four key principles, which she described as the “Four Ds.” She explained that the first D stands for Decision. She noted that the decision one makes should guide every aspect of the relationship. Wisdom Ladies Donate Assorted Items to Kumasi Children’s Home

 A women’s group known as Wisdom Ladies (Maa Nyansafo) has donated assorted items to the Kumasi Children's Home in the Ashanti Region to support the welfare and well-being of the children. The donation exercise took place on Friday, March 6, 2026, where the group presented several items to the home. These included bags of rice, soft drinks, toilet rolls, cooking oil, clothing, bottles of water, cartons of biscuits, diapers and an undisclosed sum of money. The Mother of the group, Adwoa Nyarko, said the gesture forms part of the group’s commitment to supporting the needy in society. According to her, this is the group’s first donation, but they plan to continue undertaking similar initiatives in the future. “Our aim is to support orphanages, prisoners, hospitals and other people in need. We came to the Kumasi Children’s Home to show love and support to the children and also encourage them to remain focused on their education,” she said.
